Step 1: Install and connect Coefficient

Get Coefficient installed in your Excel first.

  1. Open Excel.
  2. Go to the Insert tab.
  3. Click on Get Add-ins.
  4. Search for and install “”Coefficient”” from the store.
  5. Launch the Coefficient add-in from the Home or Add-ins tab.
  6. Click “”Import from…”” in the sidebar and locate the Trello connector. Follow the steps to connect your Trello account.

With your account connected, you can now bring in the data.

  1. In the Coefficient sidebar for Trello, choose to import from an **Object**.
  2. Select the “”Lists”” object from the list provided.
  3. Pick the specific data fields from Lists that you want in your sheet.

  2. Click the settings icon next to Refresh.
  3. Select “”Schedule”” to set up automatic updates.
  4. Choose the frequency (like daily or hourly) and a time for the refresh to happen.
  5. Save your schedule. Your Lists data will update automatically.
