Step-by-step guide to importing Asana Projects into Excel
Step 1: Install and connect Coefficient
First, you need to get Coefficient for Excel.
- Open Excel.
- Go to the Insert tab.
- Click on Get Add-ins.
- Search for “”Coefficient”” and install it from the Office Add-ins store.
- Once installed, open the Coefficient add-in from the Home tab or the Add-ins tab.
- In the Coefficient sidebar, click “”Import from…”” and find the Asana connector. You’ll be guided to log in and connect your Asana account.

- In the Coefficient sidebar, with Asana selected, choose to import from an **Object**.

- Choose “”Schedule”” to set up automatic refreshes.
