How to import Shopify Inventory Items into Excel
Follow these simple steps to connect your Shopify store to Excel and import your inventory data.
Step 1: Install Coefficient and connect to Shopify
- Insert Open Excel and click on thetab in the ribbon
- Get Add-ins Clickto open the Office Add-ins store
- Add Search for “Coefficient” and clickto install
- Coefficient Once installed, open the Coefficient sidebar by clickingin the Home tab
- Import from… Clickto begin the data import process

Step 2: Select Shopify as your data source
- Shopify In the Import Data dialog, find and selectunder the E-commerce category
- Connect Clickand follow the authentication prompts to link your Shopify store
- Objects Once connected, selectfrom the data type options
- Inventory Items Find and selectfrom the list of available objects

Step 3: Configure and import your inventory data
- Choose which inventory fields to import (SKU, quantity, cost, location, etc.)
