Step-by-Step Guide to Importing Salesforce Opportunity Snapshot Data into Excel
Step 1: Install Coefficient and Connect to Salesforce
First, you’ll need to install the Coefficient add-in for Excel and connect it to your Salesforce account:
- Open Excel and go to the Insert tab
- Click on “Get Add-ins” in the ribbon
- Search for “Coefficient” in the Office Add-ins store
- Click “Add” to install Coefficient
- Once installed, open the Coefficient sidebar from the Home tab
- Click “Import Data” and select “Salesforce” from the list of available connectors
