Step 1: Installation and Connection
In Excel, go to Insert › Get Add-ins › search “Coefficient” › Install. Open the Coefficient sidebar and sign in to WooCommerce.

Step 2: Import Orders Data
Select “Import from Objects,” choose “Orders,” then click “Import.” Order records, totals, and statuses will appear in the sheet.

Step 3: (Optional) Set Up Auto-Refresh
Click “Refresh” › “Schedule” in Coefficient. Pick daily or hourly—your Orders sheet will stay up to date automatically.
