Follow these simple steps to import your Shopify Collections data into Excel using Coefficient:
Step 1: Install Coefficient and connect to Shopify
- Open Excel and navigate to the Insert tab
- Click on “Get Add-ins” in the ribbon
- Search for “Coefficient” in the Office Add-ins store
- Click “Add” to install Coefficient
- Once installed, click on the Coefficient icon in your Excel ribbon
- In the Coefficient sidebar, click “Import Data”

Step 2: Select Shopify as your data source
- In the Import Data menu, find and click on “Shopify” under the Ecommerce category
- Sign in to your Shopify account when prompted
- Grant Coefficient permission to access your store data
- Select “Objects” from the data type options
- Find and select “Collections” from the list of available objects
