Step-by-Step Guide to Importing Bigin Pipelines into Excel
Step 1: Install Coefficient in Excel
First, add the Coefficient add-in to your Excel:
- Open Excel
- Go to the “Insert” tab in the ribbon
- Click “Get Add-ins”
- Search for “Coefficient” in the Office Add-ins store
- Click “Add” to install

Step 2: Connect to Bigin and Import Pipelines Data
Now that Coefficient is installed, follow these steps:
- Open the Coefficient sidebar in Excel
- Click “Import” to see available data sources
- Select “Bigin” from the CRM connectors
- Authenticate with your Bigin credentials
- From the object list, select “Pipelines”
- Choose the specific pipeline fields you want to import
- Apply any filters if needed (e.g., specific pipeline stages)
- Click “Import” to load the data into your spreadsheet
