What a waste. So they lure you in with all the features of their “pro” plan, you set up your connections and then when the 7 days trial is over they tell you that the free plan doesn’t support excel to google connections. Nice. That means that their “free” plan does nothing useful and that’s why it’s free.

After Coupler.io ended its free plan unexpectedly, we switched to Sheetgo, only to find it misleading and ineffective. The effort to establish connections turned futile, as Sheetgo’s advertised features weren’t included in the free plan, demanding substantial annual fees for basic functionalities.

Sheetgo didn’t address my needs and instead compounded my issues.

I’m not sure how it gets so many good reviews. I found it crashes or bugs out often. It doesn’t load pages very well (if ever) when you are working from Sheetgo, then when you try to connect directly from a file, the work window that pops up doesn’t have anything in it.

This works well most of the time. However, my biggest complaint is the price continues to go up, and you get fewer connections every year. I find this very frustrating and annoying.

The Sheetgo Add-in tends to slow down Google Sheets, affecting its responsiveness.

I just installed sheetgo, but unfortunately, it does not open in my google sheets document. I click start, and a white widow on the side pops up. After that nothing happens. The window stays white.
