Follow these simple steps to get your Xero quotes data into Excel using Coefficient.

Step 1: Install Coefficient and connect to Xero

1. Open Excel and navigate to the Insert tab
2. Click on “Get Add-ins” in the ribbon
3. Search for “Coefficient” in the Office Add-ins store
4. Click “Add” to install Coefficient
5. Once installed, click on the Coefficient icon in your Excel ribbon
6. In the Coefficient sidebar, click “Import Data”

Step 2: Connect to Xero and select Quotes

1. In the Import Data menu, select “Xero” under the Finance & Accounting section
2. Log in to your Xero account when prompted
3. Select “Import from Objects” (not Reports)
4. Find and select “Quotes” from the list of available objects

Step 3: Configure and import your quotes data
