Step-by-Step Guide to Import HubSpot Properties into Excel
Step 1: Install Coefficient and Connect to HubSpot
First, you’ll need to install the Coefficient add-in for Excel and connect it to your HubSpot account:
- Insert Open Excel and click on thetab in the ribbon
- Get Add-ins Selectto open the Office Add-ins store
- Add Search for “Coefficient” and clickto install it
- Once installed, open the Coefficient sidebar by clicking on the Coefficient icon in the ribbon
- Import Data HubSpot Clickand selectfrom the list of connectors
- Follow the authentication prompts to connect your HubSpot account
Step 2: Import Properties Data from HubSpot
Now that you’re connected, you can import your Properties data:
- Import from HubSpot In the Coefficient sidebar, click
- Import Type Objects Under, select
- Properties From the object list, select
- Choose the specific property fields you want to import (property name, address, value, etc.)
- Add any filters if needed to narrow down your property data
- Import Clickto bring the data into your Excel worksheet
Step 3: Set Up Auto-Refresh for Live Data
To ensure your property data stays up-to-date without manual intervention:
- Imports In the Coefficient sidebar, find your imported HubSpot data under
- Click on the three dots (⋮) next to your Properties import
- Configure Refresh Select
- Choose your preferred refresh frequency (hourly, daily, weekly)
- Optionally, set up email notifications for when data changes
- Save Clickto activate automatic refreshes
With auto-refresh configured, your Excel spreadsheet will always contain the most current HubSpot property information, allowing you to build reliable reports and analyses.
