Step-by-Step Guide to Import HubSpot Grant Data into Excel
Step 1: Install Coefficient and Connect to HubSpot
- Open Excel and navigate to the Insert tab in the ribbon
- Click on “Get Add-ins” in the Add-ins section
- Search for “Coefficient” in the Office Add-ins store
- Click “Add” to install the Coefficient add-in
- Once installed, open the Coefficient sidebar by clicking on “Coefficient” in the Home tab
- Click “Import Data” to begin the data import process
- Select “HubSpot” from the list of available connectors
- Follow the prompts to authorize Coefficient to access your HubSpot account
Step 2: Import Grant Data into Excel
- In the Coefficient sidebar, select “Import from Objects”
- From the objects list, locate and select “Grant”
- Choose the specific Grant fields you want to import (e.g., Grant Name, Amount, Status, Due Date)
- Apply any filters to narrow down the data (optional)
- Click “Import” to bring your Grant data into Excel
- Your HubSpot Grant data will now appear in your Excel spreadsheet

- In the Coefficient sidebar, click on “Automations”
- Select “Auto-refresh” for the Grant data import
- Choose your preferred refresh schedule (hourly, daily, weekly)
- Set additional conditions if needed
- Click “Save” to activate the auto-refresh
With auto-refresh enabled, your Grant data will automatically update according to your schedule, ensuring you always have the latest information in your Excel spreadsheet without manual intervention.
