Step 1: Installation and Connection
In Excel, go to Insert › Get Add-ins › search “Coefficient” › Install. Open the Coefficient sidebar and sign in with your Mailchimp credentials.

Step 2: Import Audience Data
In the Coefficient pane, click “Import from Objects,” select “Audience,” then “Import.” Your subscriber list will load directly into the sheet.

Step 3: (Optional) Set Up Auto-Refresh
In Coefficient, click “Refresh” › “Schedule.” Choose daily, hourly, or custom cadence—Coefficient will update your Audience automatically.
