Step 1: Installation and Connection
In Excel, go to Insert › Get Add-ins › search “Coefficient” › Install. Open the Coefficient sidebar and authenticate your Mailchimp account.

Step 2: Import Audience Clients Data
Click “Import from Objects,” select “Audience Clients,” then click “Import.” Subscriber profile records will populate your worksheet.

Step 3: (Optional) Set Up Auto-Refresh
In the Coefficient pane, click “Refresh” › “Schedule.” Choose a cadence (daily, hourly). Coefficient will keep your Audience Clients data current.
