How to Import Salesforce Open Leads Report into Excel
Step 1: Install Coefficient and Connect to Salesforce
- Open Excel and navigate to the Insert tab
- Click on “Get Add-ins” in the ribbon
- Search for “Coefficient” in the Office Add-ins store
- Click “Add” to install Coefficient
- Once installed, click on the Coefficient icon in your Excel ribbon
- In the Coefficient sidebar, click “Import Data”
- Select “Salesforce” from the list of available connectors
- Log in with your Salesforce credentials when prompted

Step 2: Import the Open Leads Report
- In the Coefficient sidebar, select “Import from Reports”
- Browse through the available reports or use the search function to find “Open Leads”
- Select the “Open Leads” report from the list
- Preview the data to ensure it contains the information you need
- Click “Import” to bring the data into your Excel spreadsheet

Step 3: Set Up Auto-Refresh (Optional)
- After importing your data, click on the “Refresh” dropdown in the Coefficient sidebar

- Click “Save” to activate your auto-refresh schedule
