How to Import HubSpot Blueprints into Excel
Step 1: Install Coefficient and Connect to HubSpot
- Open Excel and go to the Insert tab
- Click on Get Add-ins
- Search for “Coefficient” and install it from the Office Add-ins store
- Once installed, click on the Coefficient icon in your Excel ribbon
- In the sidebar that appears, click “Import” to begin importing data
- Select HubSpot from the list of available connectors
- Follow the authentication prompts to connect your HubSpot account
Step 2: Import Blueprints Data
- In the Coefficient import wizard, select “Objects” as the data type
- From the objects list, scroll down and select “Blueprints”

- Click “Save” to activate the auto-refresh schedule
