How to import Team Time Report from Harvest to Google Sheets
Follow these simple steps to get your Harvest time tracking data into Google Sheets:
Step 1: Install Coefficient and connect to Harvest
- Open Google Sheets
- Click Extensions > Add-ons > Get add-ons
- Search for “Coefficient” and install from Google Workspace Marketplace
- Open the Coefficient sidebar by clicking Extensions > Coefficient > Launch
- Click “Import Data”

Select “Harvest” from the list of available connectors. If this is your first time connecting, you’ll need to authenticate your Harvest account.

Step 2: Import the Team Time Report
- In the Coefficient sidebar, select “Import from Reports”
- Choose “Team Time Report” from the list of available reports
- Configure your report parameters (date range, team members, projects)
- Click “Import” to pull the data into your current sheet
Your Team Time Report data will now populate your Google Sheet with all the time entries, organized by team member, project, and date.
Step 3: Set up auto-refresh (optional)
- Click on the Coefficient icon in your sheet
- Select “Schedule Refresh”
- Choose your preferred refresh frequency (hourly, daily, weekly)

- Click “Save” to activate automatic updates
