Step-by-step guide to importing Harvest Projects data
Step 1: Install Coefficient and connect to Harvest
First, you’ll need to install the Coefficient add-on and connect it to your Harvest account:
- Open your Google Sheet
- Extensions > Add-ons > Get add-ons Click on
- Search for “Coefficient” and install it from Google Workspace Marketplace
- Once installed, open Coefficient from the Extensions menu
- Import In the Coefficient sidebar, click

- Import from App Select
- Harvest Find and click onin the list of connectors
- Follow the authentication prompts to connect your Harvest account

Step 2: Import Projects data from Harvest
Now that you’re connected, let’s import your Projects data:
- Import from Objects In the Coefficient sidebar, select
- Projects Choosefrom the list of available objects
- Select the fields you want to import (e.g., name, client, budget, status)
- Apply any filters if needed (optional)
- Choose where to place the data in your sheet
- Import Clickto bring your Projects data into Google Sheets
Your Harvest Projects data will now appear in your Google Sheet, ready for analysis and reporting.
Step 3: Set up auto-refresh (optional)

- Click on any cell in your imported data
- Refresh Open the Coefficient sidebar and click
- Schedule Refresh Select

- Save Clickto activate your refresh schedule
